Shipping policy

We hold extensive stock at our UK head office, which lets us offer a fast, reliable turnaround on most orders.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. If you need delivery outside the UK, email hello@protct.uk before ordering and we will tell you whether we can help, and on what terms.

Lead times

  • Standard UK stock orders — typically delivered within 3–5 working days of receipt of order.
  • Bespoke and made-to-order items — typically delivered within 5–10 working days, depending on specification and quantity.

These are typical times, not guarantees. Where a delivery date matters to your programme, tell us before you order and we will confirm what we can commit to.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight and destination of your order. Large or long items — sheets, gutters, doorsets — may be sent on a pallet or a dedicated vehicle, and we will contact you to arrange a delivery slot.

Samples

Samples are free of charge and are sent by post. Request them from the Colours & Finishes pages, or email hello@protct.uk.

Site deliveries

Someone must be available to receive and off-load the delivery, and to sign for it. Please make sure there is safe access for the vehicle. If a delivery fails because no one is there to receive it, or because the site cannot be accessed, we may charge for redelivery.

Checking your delivery

Please check your delivery carefully against the delivery note before you sign, and tell us immediately if anything is missing, wrong or damaged — and in any event within 14 days. See our Returns and refunds policy for what happens next.
